Order

The dress is produced only when the order has been processed. This means that we do not have a stock of goods, but make the dress specifically for you.

There are a couple of ways to order Karim Design dresses and suits.
You can order your wedding dress, party dress, etc. here online.
You can visit us in our store by appointment, and we will help you with your wedding dress, party dress, or suit by booking an appointment here
Or you can book a virtual appointment here online.

As long as the dress is part of our collection and is not sold as a display model, we can always offer it and make it to order. See the dress collection here

We recommend that you order the wedding dress at least 4 months before your wedding day and preferably 6 months in advance, due to shipping and any changes that may be necessary. Contact the store to confirm our current delivery time if there is a specific dress you have in mind.

We cannot always guarantee that we can deliver an urgent order, but we will always be happy to check if it is possible – an extra fee will be charged for urgent orders. Contact the store for information about this.

We love a big party, so trust us when we say "less is more" - you will have a successful event with fewer opinions, so there is room for your own - we ask you to limit your number of guests so you can focus better yourself. We look forward to welcoming you and your loved ones.

Yes, you need an appointment to try on wedding dresses, so we can better assist you in finding your dream wedding dress and provide you with the best service.

When you plan an appointment in the store, you get a stylist who guides you through the dress selection process and our bridal gown universe. During your dress fitting appointment, you receive one-on-one attention for 60 minutes in our cozy surroundings. (It is also possible to book 1 hour and 30 minutes with sparkling wine) - Your stylist's primary task is to advise and help you find the dream dress for the big day.

We suggest that you bring skin-colored items. This can be a strapless bra, underwear, and/or shapewear. Also remember shoes in the desired height. If you are unable to bring shoes, we also have a small podium available so you can gain some height.

Also remember to have your hair styled up if you plan to have an updo on the big day.

Our sample models are approximately size 40, but this varies by style. Some of the dresses have a deep v-neckline in the back or bodice, which allows for size adjustment. Additionally, we also have clips and other tools that assist with the fit of the dresses, so there is no need to worry about fitting the sample model 100%.

During your appointment, your stylist will assist you with your measurements and provide sizing advice regarding the desired design.

To avoid waste and maintain the integrity of the product, we ask you not to bring in beverages from outside. You can book an appointment with sparkling wine here, if you know you will celebrate the moment!

You will receive a reminder email 72 hours before your appointment. You can reply to the email or cancel it yourself, or you can call the store directly at 33 32 07 22 to cancel an appointment.

Absolutely! We know how important a photo can be to capture all the details and see the dress from all angles. You are welcome to take as many photos during the wedding dress fitting as you like.

Check your spam and junk folders. If you still have not received any confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can ensure you have the desired agreement.

Levering / Returnering

From ordering to finished dress depends a lot on the design of the wedding dress – there is a span of 2-4 months. Under special circumstances, we will accommodate a faster delivery. For this, please contact us here.

You will always receive an order confirmation for your purchase, whether it was made online or in the store. Reply to the email with your order confirmation and we will get back to you as soon as possible with an immediate delivery status.

We ship to all countries without exceptions! We offer fixed shipping options via DHL, UPS, Fedex, and more for international orders. All duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be paid in the respective country where the goods are received.

Please note that we only ship Monday to Friday.

ACCESSORIES: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of the order date. We must receive your return within 30 days of the order date to be accepted. Returns are only accepted in original, unused, unopened, and unwashed condition with all hang tags, return codes, and packaging still attached.


BRIDAL GOWNS ETC.: All our bridal gowns are made for you, and therefore we do not offer a right of return as they are produced according to your wishes.

Karim Design does not accept returns or exchanges. All gowns are specially produced for each individual upon ordering, and our policy strictly prohibits returns or exchanges of any kind.

Karim Design cannot cancel an order if your event is canceled, and the gown is not refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for exchanging or returning gowns due to incorrectly chosen size, material, color, or design.

Remember that only accessories can be returned, and this is done as follows:

In all packages, a return label is included, which should be attached to the package. Feel free to use the packaging that was already sent for easier shipping. Remember that returns are only accepted in original, unused, unopened, and unwashed condition with all hang tags, return codes, and packaging still attached.

Make sure to get a receipt with the package when it is sent. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package reaches us.

Your money will be refunded to the card that was used for ordering and payment.

It may take up to 2-3 business days after you have received a confirmation email that we have received your returned item.

We apologize! If you have received incorrect, defective, or damaged goods, please contact customer service at info@karimdesign.dk within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will address inquiries immediately!

Check your email for the shipping confirmation to ensure that all items have been sent. We would like to point out the delivery time as we produce the dress after we receive the order. Accessories are always in stock. Only when your dress is ready will it be shipped, and you will then receive the shipping confirmation.

You will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment at any time.

If you see that your package has the status "delivered" and the package is not yet with you, please contact our customer service team at service@karimdesign.dk for assistance.

We always ship with a secure carrier that shows whether the item has been delivered correctly, and we will always be helpful.

All online orders can be picked up in the store or shipped.

There is always the option for you to pick up your wedding dress in our store at Store Kongensgade 112. You choose this at the time of ordering.

Prices and payment

We accept Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express online and in-store.

You may see a pre-authorization of your order amount, and this will disappear once the purchase is processed on your card. Items are charged to your credit card when they are shipped. Please note that we do not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

If you have received a campaign code or gift card, it can be entered during payment online or physically when purchasing in the store.

If your campaign code or gift card has not expired and still does not work, please ensure that all information is entered correctly. If you are still having issues, please contact kontakt@karimdesign.dk for assistance.

Review the information that has been entered, including expiration date, security code, and billing address. If the problem persists, you may need to contact the issuing bank of the card.

We offer a group discount on ordered dresses through our store at Store Kongensgade 112. This can be for bridesmaids, flower girls, or the groom, among others. The discount depends greatly on what needs to be done, make an appointment and let us help you.

Size and fit

We always recommend that you follow our size guide and decide whether you want to choose a standard size that fits you or if you would rather enter your own personal measurements. Both options are welcome.

Yes, it is possible to see our size guide here - follow the guidelines using a measuring tape. Make sure to keep the tape snug, but not tight, when you measure. Also, always measure over your underwear to get the most accurate fit.

As a starting point, we can deliver most dresses in all standard sizes. However, there is also the option to use your own measurements - See our size guide here.

We always recommend that if you are between two sizes, you choose the larger of the two. Since the dress in most cases requires alterations, you ensure that the fit becomes perfect.

Design options & Customizations

We do not make changes or adjustments. We recommend placing your order with 2-4 months between your estimated delivery date and the wedding date to allow time for changes/adjustments. When dealing with a wedding dress from us, be sure to take your dress to a reliable tailor.

We are not responsible for any issues that may arise during changes or adjustments.

No, our dresses are not tailored, but are made to order according to your measurements or standard size. Since the dress in most cases requires adjustments, you ensure the best fit with the help of alterations.

Yes! Dresses that are ordered in our store on Store Kongensgade can be personalized according to wishes and needs (the price of the dress is calculated immediately based on the preferences one may have).

All dresses that are ordered online are as they appear (can, however, be altered by a tailor during adjustments).

All dresses are produced in four lengths as standard from the shoulders down to the floor. Remember to include your heel height.

The lengths are: 152cm – 155cm – 158cm – 161cm. It is possible to note the desired length yourself, from the shoulders to the floor (this measurement is at your own risk) see our size guide here.

We only carry our own designs, Karim Design.

Because we have been in the industry for over 30 years, we draw on all our specialists. This means that we have manufacturers in Europe and the rest of the world who together and individually create our beautiful dresses. We always ensure that the relevant dress is created by the specialist who excels in the specific case.
